The story plots that Rajesh Malhotra (Govinda) is a son of rich businessmen Dhanraj Malhotra (Kader Khan) . He meets with Meena(Karishma Kapoor) in Europe and falls in love with her . When they return to India , Rajesh approaches his father for marriage but Dhanraj and Meena's grandfather Dinanath (Paresh rawal) himself, who, raged with the incident, refuses to Dhanraj's proposal of his son's marriage. Dinanath's family is a joint family and has problem for searching a servant . Raju finds it an opportunity and become a servent in his house to capture the everyone's heart.

The film is the perfect mixture of comedy and romance. Govinda has performed its role well and very good. His comic role in this movie is worthwatching . The supporting cast has done Excellent work .
